Sure, a flipbook setup fee covers the cost of creating a flipbook and setting up the technology systems associated with it. The setup fee is waived for clients who receive a free 30-day trial. The monthly maintenance fee pays for the maintenance of the technology associated with the flipbook. Although the monthly flipbook subscription may be canceled at any time, the flipbook setup fee is non-refundable. Any maintenance fee(s) paid prior to the subscription cancellation date are also non-refundable. If a subscription is canceled by a Client who paid a flipbook setup fee to cover the cost of a flipbook sales page and flipbook delivery system in addition to the creation of the flipbook link, their flipbook link will remain active for up to one year from the date of purchase, but their sales page, which is connected to the automatic payment and delivery system, will be deactivated. If a subscription is canceled by a client who had their flipbook setup fee waived and/or did not receive a flipbook sales page & delivery system, the flipbook link will be deactivated immediately upon cancellation of the subscription.

LOL. That's a great question. Since we are waiving the initial setup fee of $97 it's only fair that we would at least ask for some type of security/collateral which shows us you're serious.  Just imagine taking thousands of orders from customers that didn't really care. Also, just like any other companies such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Apple Music, we are a business at the end of the day and believe in our product so much that we are willing to give it away as a free trial with the hopes of you keeping your membership. 

So let's be honest, we hope that you NEVER cancel and keep your membership after the 30 day free trail.

If a subscription is canceled by a client who had their flipbook setup fee waived and/or did not receive a flipbook sales page & delivery system, the flipbook link will be deactivated immediately upon cancellation of the subscription.

It's super easy to cancel. You'll receive an email that your 30 day trial is ending soon and at that time you can click the link in the email to cancel or do nothing at all to remain a member. If you can't figure it out send me a FB message and I'll personally cancel it. 

Again, I reassure you that your card won't be charged EVER without your consent during initial 30 day trial. If you decide to cancel no records of the card will remain in your system.
